Job Description

We are seeking skilled Glass Blowers, Molders, Benders, and Finishers to join our dedicated outdoor maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you will operate blowers and other specialized equipment to maintain and beautify outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate blowers to manage outdoor debris and enhance the appearance of gardens and public areas.
• Conduct maintenance checks on equipment to uphold high operational standards.
• Collaborate with the landscaping team to achieve aesthetic and functionality goals.
• Handle any maintenance-related issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies.
• Engage with clients to provide information and address their needs on-site.
• Help train new team members on best practices for equipment handling.
• Adhere to set schedules for maintenance tasks to ensure timely service.
• Implement safety measures to promote a safe working environment for self and peers.
• Assist in various other landscaping projects, showcasing versatility in outdoor maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance preferred, especially with blowers.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
