Job Description

As a Lodging Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of motel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and overseeing financial performance. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
  • Drive the performance of the motel by managing the allocation of resources.
  • Enhance the online presence of the motel through social media and other platforms.
  • Develop a customer feedback system to continually improve services.
  • Supervise and conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to maintain cleanliness and quality.
  • Ensure that staff adhere to operational protocols and standards.
  • Manage and oversee the financial operations including budgeting and planning.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of staff.
  • Assist in recruitment process for new hires.
  • Adapt to industry trends by innovating service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related discipline
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
