Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling at all times.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
• Help organize and store guest belongings efficiently.
• Ensure all luggage is tracked throughout its handling process.
• Assist with special events or activities relating to guest services.
• Encourage guest feedback to improve service.
• Perform other duties as needed by management.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of customer service training or hospitality course is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Luggage Management Systems
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local attractions: Ability to recommend places of interest to guests.
