Job Description

Join us as a Customer Success Manager where your main focus will be on client satisfaction and retention. You will lead onboarding sessions, provide ongoing support, and gather customer feedback to refine our offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success roles and a passion for helping clients achieve success with our services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related area
