Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Visitor Services Assistant. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. You will manage ticket sales, assist with crowd control, and help create a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and provide information about our services.
  • Process ticket sales accurately and efficiently.
  • Help manage visitor flow and ensure safety protocols are observed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of visitor areas and display informative materials.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Resolve visitor complaints effectively to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in coordinating special events to enhance visitor engagement.
  • Gather visitor feedback to forward to management for service improvement.
  • Enforce adherence to safety and conduct standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to boost visitor engagement strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
