Job Description

Join our fast-paced team as a Stocker and Order Filler. You will be key in supporting our operations by ensuring efficient stock replenishment and fulfilling client orders accurately. If you're detail-oriented with a knack for organisation, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Manage receiving, stocking, and order filling processes.
  • Ensure all stock is shelved correctly and accessible.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders on time.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate reports on inventory needs.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
  • Train and mentor new staff on stock handling procedures.
  • Assist with returns and damaged product processes.
  • Utilise warehouse management systems for tracking inventory.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of stock management practices.

Advantageous

  • Experience with ERP systems: Familiarity with ERP software to manage stock levels effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations: Understanding of compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
  • Experience with cloud-based inventory systems: Proficient in using cloud solutions to track inventory remotely.
