Job Description

Join our customer support team as a Customer Support Specialist where your primary role will be assisting customers promptly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple queries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferable
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles
