Job Description

As a Field Health Officer, you will ensure the health and safety of individuals in various field settings. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to collaborate with healthcare teams to promote wellness and provide exemplary care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough health assessments in field settings to identify risks.
  • Administer basic medical care and first aid as needed.
  • Implement community health initiatives and educational programs.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated health services.
  • Document health services and ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Evaluate health services for efficacy and improvement.
  • Ensure all services comply with relevant health legislation.
  • Deliver health advice to individuals and community groups.
  • Assist in creating guidelines for health service practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
Experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a health-related field.
