Job Description

As the Superintendent of Generation, you will oversee the daily operations of our power generation facilities, managing a dedicated team to ensure optimal performance and compliance with all regulatory standards. Your role is crucial in maintaining high levels of efficiency, safety, and reliability in power generation, directly impacting our commitment to sustainable energy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, management, and execution of maintenance strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and implement necessary optimizations.
  • Lead safety training and initiatives to promote a culture of safety among staff.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives within the power generation process to align with corporate goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred)
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is desirable
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in the energy sector, with leadership or management experience in power generation.
