Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Printed Circuit Board Assembler to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing printed circuit boards in accordance with precise customer specifications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute the assembly of electronic components onto printed circuit boards.
• Calibrate and set up equipment to maintain production efficiency.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks on assembled products.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the production manager.
• Work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Electronics or equivalent
• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering

Experience

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PCB assembly

Technical Skills

• Experience with surface mount technology (SMT)
• Familiarity with testing equipment

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• IPC-A-610 Certification
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of current electronics trends and technologies: Awareness of new developments in the electronics field.
