We are searching for an experienced Database Analyst who will be integral in managing our data systems. This position requires a thorough understanding of database security, integrity, and performance. The preferred candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be capable of troubleshooting issues, and effectively communicate with various teams to enhance our data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain database architectures and models.
• Ensure data integrity and security in database systems.
• Perform continuous database performance monitoring and optimization.
• Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align database needs with business goals.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports for management's review.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.
• Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for databases.
• Provide technical support and consultancy to team members.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in database technologies.
• Train and mentor junior staff in database management and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in database administration, management, or analysis
