Job Description

As a Glove Boarder, you will oversee the production of gloves at our facility. Ensuring that every glove meets the highest quality standards will be your main responsibility. You will work closely with a dedicated team to manage production processes and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of production workers.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Conduct quality checks on gloves produced.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in Manufacturing or Quality Control a plus

Experience

• Experience in the textile industry is advantageous
