Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to drive our online sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying market trends and developing innovative strategies to enhance our online presence and sales revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute e-commerce marketing plans to increase traffic and sales.
  • Examine data analytics to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Oversee the online customer journey to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with IT and design teams to enhance website functionality.
  • Develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive product awareness.
  • Supervise budget management for e-commerce initiatives.
  • Engage with customers through various platforms to build relationships.
  • Facilitate training for staff on e-commerce best practices.
  • Implement A/B testing to enhance user experience and conversion.
  • Build strategic partnerships with vendors and service providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing roles
