Job Description

As a General Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in investigating and evaluating insurance claims, determining their validity and ensuring timely payments to policyholders. You will collaborate with a team of adjusters to provide exceptional service and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyse claims documentation and supporting evidence.
  • Assist clients through the claims process, addressing their concerns.
  • Implement procedures to improve claims processing efficiency.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing cases and strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance claims adjusting.
