Job Description

We are on the lookout for compassionate Occupational Therapy Aides to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring their progress, and providing emotional support. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement personalized care plans.
  • Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and objectives.
  • Monitor the environment for safety hazards and address them promptly.
  • Assist in the training of new staff and interns as required.
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for patients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation or aged care.
