Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Auditor to join our passionate team. You will be responsible for auditing medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing valuable insights for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Audit clinical documentation and ensure alignment with policies.
  • Build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Draft action plans based on audit findings and follow up on implementation.
  • Document processes and outcomes for audits meticulously.
  • Mentor junior auditors and provide guidance during audits.
  • Adapt auditing techniques in response to evolving healthcare standards.
  • Engage in root cause analysis for audit findings.
  • Participate in healthcare compliance trainings.
  • Assist with external audits and address inquiries.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and quality within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in medical auditing or a similar role.

Certifications
  • Certification in Medical Coding (CPC or CCS)
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
