Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Auditor to join our passionate team. You will be responsible for auditing medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing valuable insights for improvement.
Responsibilities
Audit clinical documentation and ensure alignment with policies.
Build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Draft action plans based on audit findings and follow up on implementation.
Document processes and outcomes for audits meticulously.
Mentor junior auditors and provide guidance during audits.
Adapt auditing techniques in response to evolving healthcare standards.
Engage in root cause analysis for audit findings.
Participate in healthcare compliance trainings.
Assist with external audits and address inquiries.
Promote a culture of compliance and quality within the organisation.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related field
Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
3-5 years of experience in medical auditing or a similar role.
