Responsibilities

• Oversee the blending of raw materials to ensure consistency and quality.
• Accurately log production data and batch records.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the production area.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and processes.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance inspections as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in compounding or related field is desirable

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in compounding or a related role
