As a Glazier Supervisor, you will oversee a skilled team responsible for installing and replacing glass in various structures. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standard while adhering to safety regulations and quality benchmarks. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in glazing and a proven track record in managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the glazing team.
• Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
• Inspect and assess installation sites, providing solutions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during installations.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, providing them with knowledge and skills.
• Prepare and manage budgets for various glazing projects.
• Liaise with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
• Evaluate project results and document lessons learned.
• Foster collaborative relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain records of all installation activities and materials used.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Glass and Glazing or similar qualification

Experience

• 5+ years in glazing and supervisory roles

Technical Skills

• Glass Installation

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
