Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Library Technician to provide technical support for audio-visual equipment at various events. The successful candidate will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience for all participants.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for event participants and staff.
  • Develop and implement procedures for deploying AV equipment.
  • Keep abreast of emerging AV technologies and trends.
  • Prepare technical reports on equipment performance post-events.
  • Liaise with external vendors for equipment rental and support as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant degree or certification
  • Valid driver's license
Experience
  • Proven experience in the AV field and event management

  • Adobe Creative Suite

  • Interpersonal skills

Advantageous

  • Experience with virtual and hybrid events: Ability to manage both in-person and online elements of events.
