As a First-Line Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a silverware department, managing a team of skilled workers to ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards. Responsibilities

• Lead daily briefings with the production team to discuss goals and challenges.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of silverware for service.

• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
