• Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of service parts.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills.
• Assist in developing service protocols to improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff.
• Engage in problem-solving for customer requests and service challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certificate in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous

Technical Skills

• Experience with Marine and Automotive Technologies
• Electrical Systems Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Customer Service Orientation

Languages

• English: Fluent
