Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Program Manager who will take charge of overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain communication with stakeholders to drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategic program plans and schedules.
  • Oversee project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders about project milestones and outcomes.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution within project teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables are aligned with client expectations.
  • Implement and oversee project documentation and communication protocols.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Lead project retrospectives to enhance future project plans and processes.
  • Encourage team collaboration and foster a positive work environment.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is highly regarded

  • 5 years of experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
