We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our dynamic team in Bendigo. Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments and analyse data to advance research objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other scientists and analysts.
• Develop and implement research methodologies to investigate complex scientific problems.
• Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders and at academic conferences.
• Contribute to the writing and submission of research papers and grant applications.
• Supervise and mentor junior research staff and interns.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline
• Postdoctoral experience is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in academic research settings

Technical Skills

• Bioinformatics
• Statistical Software (e.g., R, SPSS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
