Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Claim Inspector with a keen eye for detail to join our team. This role involves investigating and evaluating insurance claims to ensure their validity and to establish compliance with policy terms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, as well as a strong ability to make fair and accurate judgments based on thorough investigations.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess claim files in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections where applicable to substantiate claims.
  • Interact with legal advisors when necessary to navigate complex claims.
  • Document any inconsistencies in claims and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the claims process.
  • Utilize claims management software for accurate record-keeping and process efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Claims Professional) are preferred.
Experience
