We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Townsville. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and coordinating with suppliers and clients. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on logistics strategies.
• Assist in the development of logistics budgets and forecasts.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders and transport providers.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics performance for management.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost saving and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in logistics roles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with ERP systems: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.
