Job Description

As the Pharmaceutical Compounding Supervisor, you will oversee the entire compounding process, ensuring that all products are manufactured accurately and safely. You will lead a team of skilled compounding technicians, managing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the mixing, compounding, and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure that all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Provide training and ongoing support to compounding technicians.
• Conduct regular audits of processes and equipment.
• Implement strategies for reducing waste and improving efficiency.
• Report production status and issues to the Production Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments such as R&D and Marketing.
• Assist in the development of new products and formulations.
• Participate in regular safety and compliance training.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical compounding.
