Crane and Tower Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Crane and Tower Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of cell tower equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical installations of antennas and related equipment.
• Ensure tower compliance with industry safety standards.
• Identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Document all inspections and repairs for future reference.
• Assist management in planning facility upgrades and expansions.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in Electronics or a related field

Experience

• At least 3 years of direct experience with tower operations.

Certifications

• Tower Climbing Certification
• Telecommunications Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with fiber optic splicing: Hands-on experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance.
