Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Wagga Wagga. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, great communication skills, and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for assisting clients with technical issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and provide continuous support.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies during support interactions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues and propose solutions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
  • Handle service requests in the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with software engineers to report bugs and improve products.
