The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and providing top-notch support to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Field technical support requests and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Assist in network configuration and installation.
  • Document technical procedures and user instructions.
  • Manage workstations and ensure proper configuration.
  • Provide insights for system improvement and efficiency.
  • Participate in IT projects and contribute to team efforts.
  • Report recurring issues and suggest preventive measures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Assist in the enforcement of IT security policies.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify IT needs and solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate IV in IT or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is considered an asset
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
