Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to assess roofing needs before work begins.
• Develop and follow project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Utilize slate cutting and shaping tools effectively.
• Assist in the training and supervision of apprentices.
• Apply waterproofing treatments to roofs as necessary.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on roofing tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

Requirements

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills

• Slate and Tile Cutting
• Quality Inspection

• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Roof Maintenance: Prior experience in roof maintenance and restoration work is a plus.
• First Aid Certificate: Possession of a current First Aid certificate is advantageous.
