Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee conducting land surveys and ensuring map accuracy.
  • Project management, from inception to completion.
  • Provide expert guidance on land use and zoning regulations.
  • Adhere to compliance standards for land surveying.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote skill development.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders for effective project execution.
  • Draft and deliver clear reports and presentations.
  • Oversee budget management for land surveying projects.
  • Ensure record-keeping standards are met and maintained.
Job Requirements
  • Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) certification in the state of employment.
  • Surveying Equipment Proficiency Skilled in using modern surveying tools and software.
  • AutoCAD Proficient in AutoCAD for drafting and design.
  • Project Management Software Experienced with project management tools to ensure project completion.
  • GIS Software Knowledgeable in Geographic Information Systems for mapping.
  • Excellent Communication Ability to clearly articulate project requirements and updates.
  • Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills for addressing complex surveying problems.
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead a team and manage project tasks.
  • Attention to Detail Meticulous focus on accuracy in surveying and documentation.
  • English (Fluent)

  • Experience with large-scale land development projects: Familiarity with managing extensive and complex land surveying projects.
  • Knowledge of 3D laser scanning technology: Understanding of advanced surveying technologies for accurate data collection.
