Responsibilities

• Lead the planning process for a diverse range of events, ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the success of each event.
• Prepare budgets and ensure events are executed within the allocated budget.
• Implement feedback from clients to enhance service quality.
• Assist in the training and development of junior planning staff.
• Promote a positive team environment and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field

Experience

• 4+ years of comprehensive experience in event planning

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)

Languages
