Job Description

We are looking for an experienced WebSphere Administrator to manage and maintain our company's WebSphere infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in WebSphere and be adept at troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and configuration of WebSphere software.
• Manage WebSphere security, including user access and authentication.
• Perform troubleshooting of WebSphere applications and components.
• Ensure high availability and performance of the WebSphere environment.
• Assist in debugging and resolving application issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on application deployment.
• Maintain logs and reports for compliance and audits.
• Plan and execute capacity upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct training for staff on WebSphere functionalities.
• Document all processes and maintain configurations for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certifications in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in middleware technologies
