We're on the lookout for an SEO Specialist to join our vibrant team in Townsville. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our SEO strategy, working closely with content creators to ensure our website ranks high on search engines. Responsibilities

• Lead the SEO strategy and execution for multiple client projects.
• Track keyword rankings and performance over time.
• Develop on-page optimization strategies to enhance site structure.
• Oversee the implementation of SEO changes on the website.
• Coordinate with developers for technical SEO implementation.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages for better conversion rates.
• Monitor backlink profiles and conduct outreach to improve link-building.
• Assist with content marketing efforts to drive organic traffic.
• Advise on SEO aspects of paid ad campaigns for better targeting.
• Train junior staff on SEO tools and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles

Technical Skills

• SEO Tools (e.g., Moz, Screaming Frog)
• PPC Knowledge

Certifications

• HubSpot Content Marketing Certification
• Certified SEO Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
