Job Description

As a Food Preparation Worker, you'll play a vital role in our catering team, assisting in the preparation and serving of food and beverages at events. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will help ensure that every guest receives high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Help in the cooking and presentation of food.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Monitor food supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with food handling policies.
• Contribute to team efforts during busy shifts.
• Assist in menu planning for upcoming events.
• Carry out general housekeeping duties in food preparation areas.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate II or III in Hospitality or related field
• Current Food Handling and Hygiene Certificate

Experience

• Experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Food Safety Knowledge

• Excellent Customer Service

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
