Job Description

We are looking for skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Melbourne. The successful candidates will operate advanced machinery, interpret technical drawings, and produce high-quality metal and plastic components.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks on machine settings and specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant operational role.

Technical Skills

• CNC machinery experience
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Soft Skills

• Strong communication abilities

Certifications

• Forklift license
• Safety training certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with welding and fabrication techniques: Proven ability to handle additional production methods.
