Job Description

The Brick Tester will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and durability of bricks before they're sold. This involves performing various tests, recording results, and ensuring compliance with Australian standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard and specific tests on bricks including compressive strength and moisture content.
• Keep detailed records of testing outcomes and execute necessary corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on findings, highlighting any areas of concern.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for brick quality.
• Coordinate with the production team to integrate quality checks into the production line.
• Design testing schedules to enhance efficiency in quality assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Quality Control or related field
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry preferred

Experience

• 2+ years experience in quality control or testing.

Technical Skills

Languages
