We are seeking skilled Rolling Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating roll tables and related machinery, ensuring optimal production and quality output. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor roll tables and relevant machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections on machinery to ensure optimum operation.
• Implement quality assurance processes for finished goods.
• Engage with team members to identify efficiencies in production.
• Complete reports on production metrics and identify trends.
• Adhere to company policies regarding safety and health regulations.
• Assist with the training of junior staff on equipment operation.
• Champion a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Work to minimize waste and improve production processes.
• Participate in safety audits and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience with quality control processes is preferred.
