• Supervise the operations team for optimal performance.
• Coordinate logistics and warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate and improve vendor performance levels.
• Ensure that procurement practices align with organisational goals.
• Develop training programs for staff to enhance supply chain knowledge.
• Implement new technologies to improve supply chain processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years managing supply chain operations
