Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide excellent support to our valued clients through various channels including phone, email, and social media. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries consistently and professionally, meeting performance targets.
  • Engage customers with empathy and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Assist in the development of customer service protocols and best practices.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Assist customers with online orders and account management.
  • Provide comprehensive support during promotional events.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in online retail
