Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Telephone Operators to oversee toll transactions and assist customers with their inquiries. In this key role, you will ensure accurate processing of toll fees and maintain a high standard of customer service. Your attention to detail will be essential in monitoring transactions and resolving any discrepancies that arise.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee toll processing and address discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Educate customers on toll services and payment options.
  • Process refunds and adjustments for incorrect charges.
  • Document any irregularities and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in business or customer service preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a similar role in the transportation or customer service industry is desirable
