Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the layout and presentation of merchandise.

• Identify training needs and provide coaching to staff.
• Collaborate with head office to implement operational improvements.
• Provide feedback on product selections based on customer trends.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or a related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of retail management experience

Certifications

• Certified Retail Executive (CRE)
