We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Shoe Salesman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting shoes to our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and presentable. Your role will involve guiding customers through the buying process, sharing your passion for footwear, and contributing to a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while actively promoting footwear sales.
• Keep abreast of fashion trends and provide advice to customers on shoe care.
• Assist in restocking shelves and ensuring sizes are available.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Participate in team meetings to strategise on sales techniques and customer engagement.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in shoe or fashion retail is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Microsoft Office Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent
