Job Description

As a Key Holder, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining store operations, ensuring the safety and security of the store, and leading a dynamic team of sales associates. This position requires excellent leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of the retail environment to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily store operations.
  • Ensure that merchandising and visual standards are maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support.
  • Train and mentor sales associates.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering.
  • Handle cash and opening/closing procedures.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Enforce store policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in Retail Operations or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role is advantageous.
