We are seeking experienced Sewing Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sewing and an eye for detail, ensuring that our high standards of quality are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Master various sewing techniques and machinery for diverse textile products.
• Maintain production logs and report any discrepancies to management.
• Work closely with the design team to bring new product designs to life.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on quality assurance and safety.
• Evaluate the production process for efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Support colleagues in achieving collective production targets.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Fashion Design or Textiles preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of textile manufacturing software: Experience with software used for tracking production and inventory.
