Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from conception to execution.
• Evaluate equipment and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate effective communication across all engineering teams.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to R&D efforts focused on innovative materials and technologies.
• Guide the development of prototypes and coordinate testing phases.
• Conduct CAD simulations and make necessary improvements.
• Manage stakeholder feedback throughout the design process.
• Optimize mechanical systems for cost-effectiveness and functionality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related engineering position

Technical Skills

• Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Thermodynamics
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• ASME Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
