Responsibilities

  • Direct daily ranch activities focusing on livestock management and staff supervision.
  • Create and execute strategic plans for operational success.
  • Lead team recruitment, training, and evaluation processes.
  • Document and manage livestock health and inventory metrics effectively.
  • Maintain regulatory and safety compliance throughout ranch operations.
  • Regularly inspect ranch facilities and equipment for functionality.
  • Implement pest control strategies to safeguard crops and livestock.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with external partners.
  • Research and apply new agricultural technologies and practices.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budget plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Animal Science or related field
  • Certifications in sustainable agriculture practices are a plus
