Job Description

We are on the hunt for a detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will oversee quality control checks for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products, ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble various farm machinery types including tractors and cultivators.
• Follow blueprints and technical manuals to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks and tests on assembled equipment.
• Support the production team in meeting assembly targets.
• Provide feedback on the assembly design for improvements.
• Assist in training new assembly team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during assembly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document assembly processes and update records.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot machinery issues.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Certificate IV in Engineering (preferred)

Experience

• Experience with farm machinery assembly (preferred)

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic Systems Knowledge
• Pneumatic Systems Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• First Aid Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC machinery: Hands-on experience with CNC machines for precise part manufacturing.
