Job Description

As an IT Support Technician at Tech Innovations Inc., your primary role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist users with technical support, ensuring they can effectively utilise IT resources in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Perform routine checks on systems and devices to identify potential issues prior to user impact.
  • Assist in onboarding new staff with IT setup, account creation, and training.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and recommend improvements to current systems.
  • Participate in creating user manuals and guides for common IT processes.
  • Establish and maintain a good rapport with users to foster a culture of excellent support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role
