Job Description

As a Burr Machine Operator at Coffee Roasting Co., you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining burr machines to ensure the efficient production of high-quality coffee grounds. Ideal candidates possess excellent manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate burr machines efficiently to meet production demands.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the production process.
• Keep machinery well-maintained and in good working order.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Keep detailed records of production output and machine performance.
• Identify and solve minor machinery issues as they arise.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures during operation.
• Assist in the training of junior staff on machine operation.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in machinery operation preferred.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a related manufacturing role.
